TARRYTOWN, N.Y. — There's no reason to leave the Tarrytown area this weekend if you're looking for something to do. Here's a list of weekend events in Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and Irvington.

Friday

Civil War 150th Anniversary Exhibit at the Sleepy Hollow-Tarrytown Historical Society. 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Jacob Odell House at 1 Grove St. in Tarrytown.

Tarrytown Third Friday on Main St. Special holiday market with hot cocoa, Frosty and Rudolph, the Tappan Zee Bridgemen and more. Begins at 5 p.m.

Marc Jacoby and Friends perform at the Black Cat Cafe in Irvington at 6 p.m.

Washington Irvington Intermediate School's Circus. 6:30 p.m. in the gym.

Open Mic Night at the Hudson Valley Writers' Center at 7:30 p.m.
