Laurie Berkner Band at the Tarrytown Music Hall. Two performances: 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Laurie Berkner is widely recognized to have launched what is now called the progressive “kindie rock” movement – i.e. less saccharine, more rocking music that is not dumbed down for her young listeners. Please note: All patrons attending must have tickets, including children. No "lap seating" allowed for this show, due to fire safety restrictions. Admission is $35 for both orchestra and balcony seats.

Summer Nights with Ingmar Bergman at the Tarrytown Music Hall: The Seventh Seal. 7 p.m. The quintessential Bergman film, and one of the landmarks of the golden age of arthouse cinema, is this existential and elemental drama about the encounter between a knight and Death, who meet on a desolate beach and play a fateful game of chess. Admission is $5.

Hank Cash at Coffee Labs Roasters. 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. All around fun; some TV themes, a couple of vintage commercials, pop music on the radio today and songs everyone knows. And, as a special nod to the hosts, lots of Johnny Cash and (because the lab in the name refers to the owners' pet), some dog songs.
