TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- The Tarrytown Environmental Advisory Council will host speaker Cheyenna Layne Weber at the Warner Library on Monday, Sept. 8 at 7 p.m., for a presentation, "Nurturing Our Green Roots," about the connection between social justice and environmental sustainability.
