TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Route 9 in Tarrytown was closed for more than two hours after a vehicle crashed into a utility pole on Tuesday, Nov. 25, according to LoHud.com.
The gray Nissan slammed into the poll and snapped it, leaving downed wires near the vehicle. The driver was taken to Westchester Medical Center for treatment of his injuries, LoHud.com reported.
All lanes on Route 9 were reopened as of 8 a.m., LoHud.com said.
