Someone let the dogs out on Friday evening, as Tarrytown Third Friday hosted its eighth annual pet parade. Dogs of all sizes, plus one guinea pig, participated.
The small parade made its way down Broadway and Main, with a flautist acting as the Pied Piper for both the pets and their owners.
A small crowd gathered next to the Tarrytown Fire Department on Washington Street to watch the end of the parade and the pet pageant, where prizes were given out in categories, such as Tiniest and Most Exotic pet.
