In Photos: TNT Baseball Marches Through Tarrytown

Several hundred Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow children took part in a kickoff parade for the TNT Baseball program by gathering in Tarrytown's Losee Park to play ball, eat hot dogs and enjoy the afternoon.

The parade began at Neperan Park in Tarrytown, with teams lining up to take photos in their uniforms while the Tappan Zee Bridgemen serenaded the park with music.

The Tarrytown Fire Department and several police cars led the parade down Main Street, across the H Bridge and to the ball field that sits next to the Hudson River. Children, coaches and parents marched with a TNT Baseball banner in the parade.

Saturday's parade kicked off the 26th year for the TNT Baseball Softball Association, which is nonprofit and staffed by volunteers with help from the Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown Recreation departments.
