Need to navigate around Village Hall? The Daily Sleepy Hollow is beginning a series called How Your Village Works to help explain what goes on at Sleepy Hollow Village Hall and what you need to know. Our first look is at the top three meetings that take place at Village Hall: the Board of Trustees, the Planning Board and the Zoning Board.
The Board of Trustees
The Sleepy Hollow Board of Trustees meets every Tuesday from 7 to 11 p.m. in the meeting room on the second floor of Village Hall. Regular Board of Trustees meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays. Work Sessions are held on the first and third Tuesdays.
Meetings are also televised on channel 78 and Verizon Channel 43. A schedule of rebroadcasts can be found on the Villages website.

Agendas are posted a few days before the meetings at Village Hall and on Sleepy Hollows website. You can also have the Village email you each agenda as it becomes available.
Residents have the chance to make public comments at the beginning and end of each meeting. Public comments are limited to five minutes per speaker, but residents are allowed to speak more than once.
Planning Board
The Planning Board usually meets on the third Thursday of each month, except August. Meetings are held at Village Hall at 8 p.m.

Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals usually meets on the third Wednesday of each month in Village Hall at 8 p.m.
