IRVINGTON, N.Y. Irvington firefighters are investigating the cause of a Friday morning fire at 42 Hudson Ave. that sent an 83-year-old woman to the hospital.
The woman's name has not been released, but Irvington police said she suffered burns from the fire.
The fire started inside the woman's house around 8:47 a.m. It had been contained by 10 a.m.
The woman was taken to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.
