- A State Supreme Court Judge has denied a request from residents near Teatown Lake Reservation to stop the proposed shooting of deer that are overpopulating the area, according to LoHud.com.
- Interstate 84 in New York, which had been closed from the Pennsylvania to Connecticut border since 6:30 a.m. Wednesday by order of Gov. Andrew Cuomo, has reopened.
