TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - Frances McCrae, of Tarrytown, died Nov. 27 at the age of 64.
She was born Aug. 22, 1947 in Ossining to Rufus and Harriet Carr McCrae. She graduated from Ossining High School in 1966 and attended the Squire Business School. For many years, she was employed by Aetna Casualty and Surety Company.
McCrae was a member of the New Hope Institutional Baptist Church where she served on the Missionary Board and sang in the choir.
She will be reposing from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday at New Hope Church in Tarrytown. Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the church, with Rev. Dr. John H. Gilmore officiating. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery in Ossining.
