TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - Sister Paulina Ferrao died at Marymount Convent in Tarrytown on Oct. 10. She was 96 years old.
Ferrao was a Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary for 74 years, known as an "R.S.H.M." She served at Marymount School and Marymount College in Tarrytown, Marymount in Arlington, V.A., Marymount Manhattan College in New York City and, for 34 years, at Marymount School of New York.
Services will be held at Marymount Convent in Tarrytown, with visiting on Thursday from 3 to 7:30 p.m. A vigil service will be held immediately after at 7:30 p.m. The funeral mass is scheduled for Friday at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery in White Plains.
