Peekskill Brewers owner Mike Love told the Times it benefits business to work with "other small craftsmen within the Hudson Valley," said the article.

Working with Peekskill Brewery, the company roasted beans from Villa Gladys in Colombia, to make a black Indian pale ale called Midnight Toker, said the New York Times.

Matt Levy told the Times it is "a beautiful, beautiful coffee," according to the report.

Levy lives close to Coffee Labs, where he talks often with the owner and makes "big plans" for future coffees, said the New York Times.

Coffee Lab Roasters worked with Sloop Brewing Co. and Underground Coffee and Ales to make a beer, an oatmeal stout, said the Times report.
