The Pennsylvanian groundhog delighted residents when he predicted an early spring in February, saying there would only be six more weeks left of winter.

Instead Westchester County has seen more winter snow than in previous years, and more of it may be on the way next week.

And many aren't happy about it. According to a CNN report, an Ohio prosecutor has filed filed a criminal "indictment" against Phil, arguing that the groundhog intentionally misled the country.

But is it really Phil's fault that it snowed on the first day of spring across the county?

According to the report, it's all a big joke both to the prosecutor and Phil's handlers in Pennsylvania. But the fact still remains, it's cold and forecasts say it will snow on Monday.

So we ask, where did Spring go?
