Warner Library To Present Film On Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Residents are invited to the Warner Library on Thursday to see a film celebrating Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown.

"The Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown Sound and Story" begins at 7 p.m. The free presentation features a film capturing the sights and sounds of the area.

"Early in the summer, local volunteers set out into the community to capture the current stories and history of Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown," representatives said on the library's website.  "Listen to your neighbors tell our story in this short fun film to be shown on the third floor of the library."

The film project was put together by nonprofit organization The Sound & Story Project, a group that helps build community memories and a sense of place by recording stories and sounds, according to the library's website.
