The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame inductee and founding member of Traffic will perform music from his years with the band, as well as songs he has not played live in years, such as “You Can All Join In” and “Pearly Queen.”
“I think that it is important to keep alive the legacy of four young men from the heartland of England and their contribution to contemporary music,” Mason said. “And Traffic Jam, aside from the obvious material, will hopefully grow into the basis for other artists to participate.”
Earlier this year, Mason released “Future’s Past,” an album featuring new versions of his classic songs such as “Dear Mr. Fantasy,” plus new material.
This past Veteran’s Day, Mason released a song called “Thank You,” which is currently available as a free download on his website here.
