Update: Bronx River Parkway Reopens After Crash In Westchester

All lanes of a busy parkway at a busy intersection in Northern Westchester have reopened following a crash. 

The northbound and southbound lanes of the Bronx River Parkway at Virginia Road in the North Castle hamlet of North White Plains are once again open to traffic following a crash, Westchester County Police announced on Thursday, Nov. 7 just after 5 p.m.

According to the department's Public Information Officer Kieran O'Leary, two cars collided at the intersection just before 3:30 p.m. The roadway was closed so crews could remove the cars and debris. 

The drivers involved suffered minor injuries.
