Tarrytown, Irvington Chefs Gear Up For Another Pop-Up Restaurant

Tarrytown's Carl Van Dekker, the recent Golden Knives Challenge winner and co-owner of The Village Dog, will be cooking with Irvington's Eric Korn, the Golden Knives runner-up and owner of Good-Life Gourmet, at The Village Dog in Tarrytown.

The one-night-only restaurant takes place from 6 to 10 p.m., with chefs cooking a special four-course meal that includes house-made ricotta gnudi, spring green pesto, grilled lobster with leek and American caviar, duo of pork, coffee-rubbed pork loin and braised belly, buttermilk panna cotta, amaretti and saba.
