Phelps Memorial Hospital Names Three To Board Of Directors

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – Three Westchester County residents have been named to the Board of Directors at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow.

Briarcliff Manor resident John Barnes, Ossining resident Fred Mascia and Sleepy Hollow resident Aubrey Hawes will serve a three-year term.

Barnes is President and CEO of Barnes Enterprises, a financial consulting company. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of United Media. He has also worked with Pepsico and the America Broadcasting Company, and he has volunteered with the Girl Scouts of America and the American Management Association.

Mascia is a consultant with INTL FC Stone, a Fortune 500 company. Mascia founded Commodity Operatons and is a member of the NYMEX Exchange and a board member of Burn Care Everywhere Foundation. Mascia volunteers with the Tarrytown Fire Department.

Hawes is retired, having previously worked as the senior vice president, corporate director of marketing resources at Chase Manhattan Bank. He has been a member of the Phelps Development Committee since 2009 and sits on the Board of Directors of Kendal-on-Hudson. He has held leadership roles in community organizations including the Family YMCA of Tarrytown, the Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center, the Rotary Club of the Tarrytowns, and the WNET/13 Advisory Board of Directors.
