Long Island Man Arrested 46 Times, Nabbed For 10 Larcenies
A Long Island man who police say has been arrested 46 times has been charged with 10 new larcenies across the region.
Emmitt Smith, age 43, of Bellport, was charged on Wednesday, April 24, with the larcenies that occurred across Nassau County, according to Nassau County Police.
According to detectives, an investigation was conducted that led to the arrest of Smith for the following larcenies:

Target To Close Stores In 4 States, Including NY, Citing Theft, Organized Retail Crime
Citing incidents involving violence and theft, Target announced it is closing nine stores in four states, including one in New York.
The New York store is in Manhattan, at 517 E 117th St.
Three other stores are in California, in the San Francisco/Oakland market, and three in Oregon, in Portland.
The other two stores are in Seattle, Washington.

25-Year-Old Photographs Young Girls Inside Dressing Room At Sayville Target, Police Say
A 25-year-old man is accused of snapping photos of underage girls inside a dressing room at a Long Island Target store.
Suffolk County Police arrested Brandon Inzirillo on Monday, July 31, more than a month after the incident allegedly occurred at the Target in Sayville, located on Sunrise Highway.
According to police, two sisters, ages 15 and 11, were changing inside the fitting room on Wednesday, June 7, when one of them noticed that someone was holding a cell phone under the door.

2 Women Wanted For Stealing Electric Scooters, Drone, Hoverboard From East Farmingdale Target
Authorities asked the public for help identifying two women who are accused of stealing $1,500 worth of merchandise from a Long Island store.
Two women stole three electric scooters, a drone, and a hoverboard, from Target in East Farmingdale at about 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 4, Suffolk County Crime Stoppers reported on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
The store is located at 100 Willow Park Center, authorities said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
