Man, Woman Caught With Loaded Handgun In Long Island Stop, Police Say A man and woman had a loaded gun in their car when they were stopped on Long Island, according to police. Officers on patrol in Freeport on Tuesday, July 16 at 11:23 p.m. noticed a 2018 Dodge Charger, occupied by Tamika Hicks, 32 and Devan Hall, 29 heading northbound on South Ocean Avenue, said Nassau County Police A vehicle and traffic law stop were conducted at South Ocean Avenue and Ray Street, said police.
