Long Island Man Busted With 150 THC Vape Cartridges, 2.5 Pounds Of Marijuana A 26-year-old man was busted with vape cartridges that contain THC and more than two-and-a-half pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop on Sunrise Highway, the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office announced. A Sheriff’s deputy stopped Patchogue resident Sean Bell shortly before 12:45 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27 when he was partially blocking the center median on Sunrise Highway in Brooklyn.
