Long Island Man Charged In Fatal Overdose, Police Say A Long Island man has been charged in connection with a fatal overdose death. James Haynesworth, age 46, was charged on Wednesday, Jan. 25 in Massapequa. According to Nassau County Police Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives, an investigation into the deadly overdose of a Nassau County resident led to the arrest of Haynesworth. Haynesworth was charged with: Three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance Three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance   He will be arraigned on Thursday, Jan. 26, in Hempstead.

Long Island Man Arrested In Connection With OD Death, Police Say A Long Island man has been charged in connection with the overdose death of a 54-year-old man. Raymond Sanabria, age 43, of Elmhurst, was arrested on Tuesday, June 14 in North Lawrence. Sanabria was developed as a suspect following an investigation by Nassau County police detectives into the death of a Valley Stream man that occurred on Tuesday. Officers set up a "buy" with Sanabria who arrived at a predetermined location for a sale with undercover officers and was in possession of a substance believed to be heroin, police said. Man Arrested In Connection With Long Island Overdose Death A 31-year-old man was arrested in connection with an overdose death on Long Island. Corey Sealy, of Hempstead, was arrested around 9:30 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 29, following the death in Seaford, said the Nassau County Police. Sealy was arrested following the death and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of a criminal sale of a controlled substance. He will be arraigned on Monday, Nov. 30, in Mineola.
