Two Long Island Store Clerks Charged With Selling Vaping Products To Minors
Two clerks at Long Island stores are facing charges for selling vape products to minors during a sting operation conducted by the Nassau County Police Department. As part of “Operation Vape Out,” which includes the use of underage agents to purchase restricted products, a pair of clerks working in Bellmore and Seaford were arrested and issued appearance tickets for selling to the minors on Thursday, Nov. 7.
