Suspect Nabbed In Homicide Of 19-Year-Old Long Island Woman A suspect has been charged for the homicide of a 19-year-old woman who was found dead inside a Long Island residence. At about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 21, Nassau County Police Department officers responded to a 911 call for an aided person located at a residence in Hempstead on Harriman Avenue.   Upon arrival, officers found the woman, now identified as Maria D. ID Released For 19-Year-Old Woman Found Dead Inside Long Island Residence A 19-year-old woman who was found dead inside a Long Island residence has been identified. Speeding Motorcyclist Killed After Crashing Into SUV, BMW On Southern State Parkway, Police Say A 29-year-old motorcyclist was killed after hitting two vehicles on a stretch of the Southern State Parkway, New York State Police said. The crash occurred at around 11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31 in Nassau County. The motorcyclist, Joseph Montano, of New York City, was traveling eastbound on the parkway on a 2003 Yamaha motorcycle near Exit 16 in Hempstead at a high rate of speed, police said.
