Police Offering Reward For Leads In Fatal Long Island Drive-By Shooting Case Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the person or people wanted in connection with a fatal drive-by shooting that happened on Long Island this week. The shooting death of 27-year-old Justin Gottlieb took place around 5 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14, as he drove home from work to his home in Plainview, said Nassau County Police. According to police, Gottlieb left his place of employment in Jericho to drive home to his residence in Plainview.  He was driving a 2002 red Ford Explorer, with the New York tag EBJ2643. ID Released For 27-Year-Old Killed In Drive-By Long Island Shooting A 27-year-old man shot and killed outside of a Long Island home has been identified. Justin Gottlieb of Plainview was killed during a drive-by shooting around 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14, on Margaret Drive East in Plainview, said the Nassau County Police. According to detectives, officers responded to a 911 call reporting the shooting and located Gottlieb, who had been shot multiple times.
