8 Suffolk Businesses Accused Of Selling Marijuana Products, Vapes, E-Cigarettes To Minors Eight Long Island businesses have been accused of selling marijuana products, vapes, and e-cigarettes to minors. In response to numerous community complaints, Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers, along with Community Support Unit officers, conducted an investigation during which 20 businesses were checked for compliance with the law. Two Suffolk County Store Workers Accused Of Selling E-Liquid Nicotine To Minors Two employees of Long Island businesses were arrested and accused of selling e-liquid nicotine to minors.  Police arrested 21-year-old Marvin Navarro Villeda, and 50-year-old Rachid Elassab, both of Queens, on Monday, Feb. 28 following an investigation, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. SCPD said police received numerous complaints from members of the community about the sale of vapes and e-cigarettes to minors. Suffolk Store Workers Accused Of Selling Alcohol, E-Cigarettes To Minors Two men are facing charges on Long Island for selling alcohol and e-cigarettes to minors during a police investigation, officials announced. Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section and Comment Support Unit officers conducted an investigation between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Thursday, June 10 into the alleged sales of alcohol and nicotine to underage buyers following multiple complaints from the community.
