Local Owner Sheds Light On Future Of Other Friendly's Restaurants On Long Island The owner of a Middle Island Friendly's closing this weekend said he is looking to secure a new space within five miles and relocate the restaurant.  Meanwhile, there are no plans to close any of the other 18 Friendly's he owns on Long Island, President of J&B Restaurant Partners Joe Vitrano told Daily Voice.
