The crash happened in Hempstead at about 10:40 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29, according to the Nassau County Police Department. Authorities arrested Lydiana Soto Martinez, of Medford, at 2:50 a.m. on Sunday, July 3, according to the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office.
