Suffolk Man Attempting To Visit Inmate Charged With Driving Without Interlock Device A Long Island man accidentally found himself in police custody while attempting to visit an inmate at the Suffolk County Correctional Facility in Riverhead. Westhampton Beach resident Matthew Eckart, 37, sought to visit an inmate shortly after 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at the prison.
