$5K Reward Offered For Information On Fatal Long Island Hit-Run Crash A reward has been offered for anyone with information that leads to the arrest of a driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run on Long Island. Nassau County Police Department officers responded to Stewart Avenue shortly before 5:20 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26, east of Levittown Parkway in Hicksville, where there was a report of a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle. The woman - later identified as Harshida Nayi, age 43, of Westbury - was located by officers lying in the eastbound lane of Stewart Avenue.
