Silvano Posadas, age 35, of Bellport, died Saturday, July 22, when his motorcycle struck a Toyota Matrix stopped at the intersection of Mastic Road and Somerset Avenue in Mastic. Suspect Nabbed In Fatal Hit-Run Coram Crash A suspect has been charged in connection to a fatal hit-and-run Long Island crash. The crash happened around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 6 in Coram. Edward White, age 53, of Coram was traveling eastbound on a bicycle on the shoulder in front of 50 Middle Country Road, when he was struck by a light-colored SUV that was also traveling eastbound, Suffolk County Police said. The incident happened around 3:25 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15 in Glenwood Landing.
