Toddler Dies From Fentanyl, Cocaine Poisoning; Holbrook Couple Hit With Dozens Of Charges
A Long Island couple has been criminally charged after a 14-month-old boy died from a suspected fentanyl and cocaine overdose.
Wilkens Adonis and Daryllee Leibrock, both age 38, of Holbrook, were arraigned on dozens of drug and weapons charges in Suffolk County Court on Wednesday, Jan. 24.
Emergency crews were called to the couple’s Holbrook home on Wednesday morning, Jan. 3, for an unresponsive child. When they arrived, police found Adonis, Leibrock and their toddler son, Joseph, in the couple’s bedroom.

Three accused drug dealers are facing charges after community complaints of street-level narcotics sales led to an investigation on Long Island.
Over the past two months, Riverhead Police say detectives received reports on the alleged activity in Riverhead in the area of Peconic Crossing on West Main Street.
The probe led to the arrest of Wani Turner, age 49, of Mastic Beach, Damion Walker, age 46, of Wading River, and Monwell Wright, age 30, of Riverhead. Turner and Walker are prior felony offenders, police say.

Bayport Man Sold Fake Oxy Pills, Leading To Overdoses, Death: DA
A Long Island man was indicted for allegedly selling fake oxycodone pills that contained fentanyl, causing two overdoses and one death, according to authorities.
Anthony Trimboli, age 34 of Bayport, was arraigned on Friday, Aug. 25 on charges relating to the illegal sale of counterfeit pills, the Suffolk County District Attorney announced.
The investigation against Trimboli alleges that on Tuesday, Jan. 31, he sold pills out of his home to a 33-year-old man who thought they were oxycodone pills.
However, they were actually laced with fentanyl, the DA’s Office claimed.

A man accused of selling an assortment of illicit drugs throughout Long Island, including ketamine and cocaine, has been arrested, police announced.
On Thursday, Aug. 17 at 9:40 p.m., Michael Ezzo, age 46, was arrested on multiple charges of possessing and selling drugs, according to Nassau County Police.
Authorities claim that Ezzo, a Glen Cove resident, sold the following from November to December 2022 in Levittown and East Meadow:

A Long Island man was convicted by a jury of his peers for selling pills laced with fentanyl at an LIRR train station.
Anthony Alexander, age 57, of Deer Park, was found guilty Thursday, March 30, of selling the opioid-laced pills under the guise that they were oxycodone, the Suffolk County DA said.
Alexander sold what he said were oxycodone pills to an undercover investigator two times in January 2022. Subsequent testing of the pills sold to the investigator revealed that they were fentanyl, not oxycodone.

A Long Island man will spend years in prison for dealing cocaine.
Sean Mohan, age 49, of Central Islip, was sentenced to eight years in prison in Suffolk County Court on Monday, March 6. It followed his jury conviction on felony and misdemeanor drug charges in November 2022.
Mohan was arrested in August 2021 after Suffolk County Police found more than eight ounces of cocaine during a search of his home, according to prosecutors.
