Fentanyl Seizure Largest In Nassau County History, Authorities Say In a joint effort, law enforcement officials say they have seized 400 grams of fentanyl in two investigations that led to the indictment of 11 people for their alleged roles in violent drug and gun rings operating in Hempstead.
