Farmingville Man Charged With DWI/Drugs After Fatal Centereach Crash, Police Say A Long Island man has been charged with driving while high on drugs after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash that killed a 21-year-old. The incident took place in Centereach around 5 p.m., March 19 on Middle Country Road, near Wood Road. Christopher Guzman, age 39, of Farmingville, was driving a 2022 Chevrolet pickup truck westbound on Middle Country Road, his truck struck the side of an eastbound 2011 Toyota Camry, driven by a 66-year-old Coram woman, said the Suffolk County Police.
