Omar Anderson, of Shirley, was arrested following the incident that occurred in Selden at about 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. Woman Driving Drunk Leaves Scene Of Crash In Selden, Police Say An allegedly drunken driver took off on foot after before being taken down by officers following a crash at a busy intersection in Selden, police said. Selden resident Candice Girolando, 37, was driving west shortly after 8:45 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, on Route 25 when she drove into a Jeep at the intersection of Blue Point Road, police said.
