The incident happened at around 4:30 a.m. Sunday, March 10, in Smithtown, outside the Bagel Express on West Main Street near Brooksite Drive. Suffolk County Police said three men were walking along West Main Street when a vehicle stopped and seven men got out. The group then attacked them with a baseball bat in a parking lot.
