Missing Long Island Man Found

A 66-year-old Long Island man who went missing earlier this week has been found.

Martin Menist had last been seen leaving his Wantagh residence on Wedgewood Lane on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 7:30 p.m., Nassau County Police said.

Police announced late Monday evening, Dec. 30 that Menist has been located. No further details were released.

A 66-year-old vulnerable adult has gone missing on Long Island and authorities are asking the public's help in locating him.

Martin Menist was last seen leaving his Wantagh residence on Wedgewood Lane on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 7:30 p.m.

He is described as being 6-foot-6, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing black pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sneakers. His destination is unknown.
