Teen Duo Accused Of Bringing BB Gun To High School In Hudson Valley This story has been updated.  Two teenage boys face criminal charges after bringing an inoperable BB gun to a high school in Northern Westchester, police announced. The two boys, ages 13 and 14, were arrested on Monday, Nov. 13, and Tuesday, Nov. 14 following an investigation conducted by Yorktown Police, the department announced on Friday, Nov. 17. According to the department, the events leading up to the arrests began on Wednesday, Oct. 18 around 10 a.m., when a BB gun was found in Yorktown High School. Teens Busted With AR-15 Rifle, Handgun In Region, Police Say Two 16-and-17-year-old boys are facing charges after they were allegedly busted carrying loaded guns in the Capital District. Albany Police said they spotted the teens at around 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, as the boys walked near McCrossin Avenue and Thornton Street in Albany. When detectives tried to stop the teens as part of an ongoing investigation, they took off running, police said. The teen was arrested Wednesday, April 13, nearly a month after a 30-year-old Selkirk man was found sitting on a park bench suffering from multiple stab wounds, Schenectady police said.
