The warning comes after Suffolk County Police learned of two rental scams that occurred in Medford in March 2023. It started when a man hung up a flyer advertising a Medford home for rent at the Laundry Kingdom, located on Medford Avenue, on March 12, police said. Body Of Missing 63-Year-Old Found In Area River The search for a missing 63-year-old man from the region ended in tragedy when he was found dead in a local river. Emergency crews in Schenectady County recovered a body in the Mohawk River in Niskayuna on Thursday, May 25, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
