Road Rage: Orange County Man Rams Car, Threatens Driver, Police Say
A Hudson Valley man is behind bars after allegedly ramming the rear of a vehicle and threatening the driver with an edged weapon following a road rage incident.
The incident took place in Westchester County around 2:25 p.m., Friday, July 21 on I-87 in the city of Yonkers.
According to Trooper Tara McCormick, an investigation determined that Ruben D. Luciano, age 48, of the village of Florida, in Orange County, rear-ended a vehicle following a road rage incident, in which he reportedly exited his vehicle and threatened the other driver with an edged weapon.

Convicted Felon Tried Stabbing 2 Victims In Capital Region Home, Police Say
A convicted felon is facing a fresh set of charges after allegedly trying to stab two people inside a home in the region, authorities said.
Officers in Albany County were called at around 1:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, with reports of an assault at a home in Watervliet on 4th Avenue, according to Watervliet Police.
When police arrived, they determined that 43-year-old Brad Bova, of Watervliet, had attempted to stab the victims with a large knife. He then barricaded himself inside the home.

Woman Threatened Man With Knife At Empire State Plaza, Police Say
A woman is facing charges for allegedly threatening a man with a knife at the Empire State Plaza in Albany.
Albany Police were called shortly after noon on Thursday, Sept. 29 with reports of an altercation at the Madison Avenue entrance to the plaza, according to police.
Investigators determined that 40-year-old Nina Cruz, of Albany, had displayed a knife “in an aggressive manner” during a verbal altercation with the victim, police said.
Cruz also damaged the victim’s vehicle, which was parked nearby, before the incident, according to police.

Hudson Valley Man Nabbed Hiding In Shed After Robbing Gas Station, Police Say
A Hudson Valley man was captured hiding in a shed after allegedly robbing an area gas station.
Daniel Davis, age 39, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on Sunday, March 6, after allegedly robbing the Speedway Gas Station in the village of Mamaroneck.
The incident took place around 4:30 a.m. when officers responded to the gas station located at 731 Mamaroneck Ave., for a hold-up alarm, said Lt. Mark Gatta, of the Mamaroneck Police.
