Shenanigans, Indeed: Manager At Gentleman's Club In Region Busted Selling Meth, Feds Say
The general manager of a gentleman’s club in the region is facing federal charges after he was allegedly busted in an undercover sting selling drugs.
Luiggi Canessa, who manages Shenanigans gentlemen's club in Schenectady, is named in a complaint filed in US District Court in the Northern District on Tuesday, April 9.
FBI agents began investigating a “wide array of crime” occurring at the club, as well as an adjoining business, Sheer Pleasure Lingerie, in late 2023, according to the complaint.

Man Nabbed With 24 Pounds Of Pot During Traffic Stop, Police Say
A New York man has been arrested for allegedly possessing 24 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop.
Roqun T. Caban, age 20, was arrested on Monday, March 22, after being stopped by state police in Orange County around 3 a.m. on I-87 in the town of Newburgh for a traffic violation, said Trooper Tara McCormick.
During a search of the vehicle, troopers located more than 24 pounds of marijuana, McCormick said.
Caban, of Utica, was taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

The Town of Warwick Police Department executed a search warrant at Yeun’s Pine Island home on Glenwood Road last week, following a four-month investigation, officials said. During the search, officials seized cocaine, marijuana, and cash.

Glenn Davis, 41, turned himself into police on Friday, June 14, after a warrant was issued for his arrest stemming from a complaint made on May 8, said the Danbury Police Department.
