Fentanyl, Crystal Meth Dealer Busted At Poughkeepsie Hotel, Police Say An alleged fentanyl and crystal meth dealer was busted at a Hudson Valley hotel following an investigation into drugs in the region. Dutchess County resident Marissa Green, age 31, of the town of Poughkeepsie was arrested on Monday, Feb. 27 by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force. Task Force agents executed a search warrant at the Red Roof Plus Hotel in the Town of Poughkeepsie after an ongoing investigation by the task force into fentanyl and other drug sales in that area, Det. 4 Charged In Drug Trafficking Scheme In Region An investigation into drug trafficking in the region has landed four suspects behind bars. Members of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit first arrested 41-year-old Shahid Smith, of Saratoga Springs, on Thursday, Dec. 29, following a “lengthy” investigation, the department said. He’s accused of selling and possessing cocaine, fentanyl, and crystal methamphetamine throughout Saratoga County, according to police. Man Busted With Meth, Gun During Traffic Stop In Region, Police Say A 22-year-old man was busted with more than two ounces of crystal methamphetamine and a loaded 9mm handgun during a traffic stop. The stop took place in Rockland County in Haverstraw on Route 202 around 3:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 31. The drugs and gun were found during a stop of Ethan Iglesias, age 22, of West Milford, New Jersey, said Chief William Barbera, of the Rockland County Sheriff's Office. Iglesias was arrested, processed, and remanded to the Rockland County Correctional Facility without bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, April 4, said Barbera.

Accused Drug Dealer Faces Multiple Felony Charges After I-684 Stop A man was arrested and sent to jail after state police found ketamine MDMA, Gamma hydroxybutyrate and crystal meth in his vehicle during a routine traffic stop. Mark A. Piscitelli, 41, of New York City, was reportedly driving on Interstate 684 in Putnam County when he was pulled over on Friday, Sept. 25.  In his vehicle, police found  12.9 grams of Ketamine 2.5 grams of Ecstasy (MDMA) 6.32 ounces of Gamma Hydroxybutyrate 41.3 grams of crystal methamphetamine.Piscitelli was charged with the felonies of  third-degree criminal possession with intent to sell two counts of…
