Billy Joel is movin' out -- of one of his residences, at least.
The legendary 74-year-old singer has listed his waterfront estate on the north shore of Long Island, located on Centre Island in Oyster Bay, for $49 million, the Wall Street Journal reports.
According to its listing on Zillow, the estate, built in 1994, is 26 acres and includes:

Singer-songwriter Paul Simon and his wife Edie Brickell have sold their Connecticut estate at a significant loss, according to a brand-new report.
The Fairfield County property, located in New Canaan, sold for $10.8 million on Friday, July 1, according to listing records, Mansion Global reports.
The couple had purchased the 32-acre property from the estate of investor Charles A. Dana Jr. for $16.5 million in 2002, according to the report, which noted that Dana had owned the estate for almost half a century.

For the second straight year, the Internal Revenue Service is expected to extend the tax deadline by at least a month, according to multiple reports.
Bloomberg, CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, and Washington Post all reported on Wednesday afternoon, March 17 that the IRS is expected to push the tax deadline until mid-May, not April 15, though no official statement has been made.
Tax season was delayed from the get-go as the IRS began to accept and process tax returns on Feb. 12, which was a two-week delay.

Katherine Creag, who was working as recently as Wednesday, Feb. 10, died unexpectedly later that night from unknown causes.

A Hudson Valley foundry has been tasked with repairing the iconic Wall Street Charging Bull statue after a man from Texas went on a rampage during an anti-Donald Trump rant.
Rock Tavern-based Polich Tallix, the Orange County company that makes the Oscars statuette, has been hired to fix the statue, which has extensive damage near the right horn of the charging bull.
