Student Granted Protection Order In Sex Crime Case Involving Westchester Teacher A temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of a student who allegedly had sexual contact with a teacher in Westchester during school hours. John Fraioli, 34, of White Plains, a teacher at New Rochelle High School, was arrested this week and charged with a felony count of third-degree criminal sexual act after allegedly having inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old student earlier this year. Wanted Man Busted In Northern Westchester For Violating Order Of Protection A wanted man is back in hot water with law enforcement after allegedly violating a court-ordered Violation of Protection in Mount Kisco. Westchester County Police officers responded to a Maple Avenue home at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, where they found Wilmer Castro, 33, at home with a person who has an order of protection against him. Police proceeded to arrest Castro on a criminal contempt charge for violating the court order.
