Main Street in Armonk had been closed starting around 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 30 between Bedford Road and Maple Avenue due to the fire and subsequent fire investigation. 16-Year-Old Girl Struck By Vehicle In Northern Westchester A 16-year-old girl was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries after she was struck by a vehicle at a busy intersection in Northern Westchester on Sunday. Just before 4:30 p.m., the North Castle Police Department responded to 375 Main St. in Armonk on E-911 calls reporting a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.  Upon arrival, officers found the girl lying in the roadway approximately 90 feet south of the intersection of Main Street and Bedford Road, according to North Castle Police. Two longtime businesses, The Right Thing and Sheep Shack, are shutting their doors, while a host of new businesses will be opening soon.
