Hen Hud HS Becomes One Of Just Two Distinguished Schools In State For Consecutive Years
Hendrick Hudson High School has been named as a Distinguished School by the nonprofit organization known as the Project Lead the Way (PLTW) program. This is the second consecutive year the school has received this recognition, and the school is one of just two schools throughout the state to be recognized for two years in a row. A high school science teacher in Northern Westchester has received national recognition for being named as Biomedical Teacher of the Year by Project Lead the Way (PLTW). The recipient was announced in front of nearly 1,000 teachers at the national summit in Indianapolis.
