Three instructors with world-class experience will teach a variety of talents including improving vocal techniques, learning movement for the stage and developing essential acting skills. Bruce Ward Boland, 63, of Westport WESTPORT, Conn. -- Bruce Ward Boland, of Westport, Conn., died on May 17 at the age of 63. Born Feb. 13, 1952, Boland grew up in Glen Ridge, N.J., the son of John J. and Jean Ward Boland. Bruce was a father, avid sports fan and golfer. In addition to his father John J., Boland is survived by his beloved daughter, Kelly E. Reilly Boland, and four siblings J. Jay Boland, Susan Boland Sullivan, Bob T. Liam Blair, 92, Norwalk Resident NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk resident Liam Blair, age 92, died at home on May 22. Blair, the son of the late Michael and Elizabeth Blair, was born on Oct. 12, 1922 in Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the British Army serving during WWII, attaining the rank of Sergeant Major. Blair left his parents and 11 siblings in 1948 at the age of 26 and sailed to the United States on the Queen Mary before settling in the Bronx, N.Y., and becoming a United State citizen in 1954.
