Virginia Road In North White Plains Closed For Construction NORTH WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A stretch of Virgina Road in North White Plains has been closed due to construction work, according to North Castle Police, which issued a Nixle alert. The affected stretch runs between the Bronx River Parkway and Lafayette Avenue.
