In Dobbs Ferry, alternate side of the street parking will be in effect on Monday and Tuesday to allow the Department of Public Works to clear those streets to the curb line, the Police Department said.

Overnight parking restrictions on Main Street and Cedar Street will be in effect from midnight until 6 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Hastings Police asked all residents to park off the roads when possible to allow DPW trucks to plow. They also put the following restrictions in place through 11:59 p.m. Saturday:

• Washington Ave: No parking on the north side of the street between Broadway and Southside Ave.

• Warburton Ave.: No parking on the east side of the street between Washington Ave. and Main St.

• Rosedale Ave: No parking on the west side of the street between Mt. Hope Blvd. and Hillside Ave.

Ardsley Police had not instituted any emergency parking restrictions as of Friday morning.

All three villages reminded residents to clear fire hydrants, keep sidewalks and paths free of ice and snow and not to blow or plow snow into the street.
