Westchester Man With Suspended License Caught With Ecstasy, Police Say An 22-year-old Northern Westchester man with a suspended license is facing charges after he was caught with ecstasy in Putnam, according to the Putnam Sheriff. Members of the Putnam Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU) say they observed a driver commit a traffic violation in the Town of Putnam Valley on Thursday, July 11. New York State Police troopers stopped a vehicle on I-287 in Greenburgh shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, when the driver, Elmsford resident Alexander Ramos committed several vehicle and traffic violations. During the subsequent stop, troopers said that Ramos, was found to be intoxicated and he was arrested.
